Directors
Director – Diego Ascarza
Research analyst at the Federal Reserve from Minneapolis and Ph.D. Student at the University of Minnesota. Master in Economic Theory from ITAM, Master in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, and graduated from the School of Economic Engineering at National University of Engineering, Peru. He previously worked as Insurance Analyst at the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Pension Funds, Peru.
Director – Alan Ledesma
I am a Ph.D. in Economics for the University of California, Santa Cruz. My research interest is in monetary economics, macro finance, international finance and econometrics of time series.
Research Associate
Research Associate – Alejandro C. García
Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Seville, with a pre-doctoral stay at the University of Kent (England) under the direction of Professor Miguel León Ledesma. Master in Economics from the University of Pablo de Olavide and Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from the University of Seville, Spain. Currently, Dr. Garcia is Associate Professor at the Pablo de Olavide University, Spain.
